Shipping & Delivery Policy
Any shipping and delivery matters are governed by this policy ("Shipping & Delivery Policy")
1. Delivery charges
a. You will be shown the delivery charges due for each order prior to making a payment. We work with logistics providers to provide you with the best possible rates, where applicable.
2. Dispatch time
Please allow 2-5 working days post your placement of order for the shipment to be dispatched.
3. Delivery time
It depends on the courier partner and the logistics team and also the means in which it's going. i;e by ship or by air. We can't say anything in it. But we make sure that you receive the product the quickest time possible and we do coordinate with the logistics team and keep you updated as well wherein you can track your shipment.
Though we endeavour to ensure that the shipment reaches you in time, there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. Damaged / Defective goods
We won't be able to return/ refund the damaged goods after it has been shipped/dispatched. Although we make sure that we do the best way packing possible and also make sure that we do not deliver damaged goods. We go through a thorough quality check of every single product (if you are ordering in bulk) before packing so that not a single product we pack should be defective.
